Cherry River hosts annual play

Richwood, WV – The Cherry River Elementary School presented their annual play, Peter Pan, last Friday and Saturday at Cherry River.

In total, 20 elementary school students participated in the annual production.

Keegan Moore played the role of Wendy, while Kindalyn Moore played the role of Joanna.

Along with them, Jada Davis played Michelle, Audrianna Facemire played Nana’s role, Autumn Knight played Mrs. Darling, Piper Donelson played Peter, Faith Lewis played Tinker Bell, Isa Hendrickson played Pots, Mattea Hendrickson played Pans, and Justice Knight played Tootles.

In addition to those students, Hope Lewis, Caelyn Lambert, Brynnan Canfield, Kiere Williams, James Young, and Falyn Holcomb played the role of the Lost Kids.

Katelyn Kessler played Smee, Cheyanne Hanna played Starkey, Joanna Short played Tiger Lily, and Jasmine Jantuah played Captain Hook.

All in all, the play was fantastic. It was evident that both the teachers and students equally enjoyed the production.
